NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO FORMALIZE THE
REGISTRATION OF NEWLY ENROLLED STUDENTS
1. Enrollment application duly completed and signed by parents / guardians.
2. Photocopy of the family book (page where the student = appears).
3. Photocopy of the DNI of the parents / guardians.
4. Two passport-size photographs of the student.
5. Direct debit order for the payment of the monthly payments, if applicable.
6. Photocopy of the student’s vaccination record.
